30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Because these are personal-hygiene products, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back unless we ask.

How to start a return

  1. Message us through our Contact page with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refund timing

Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
