Is the Flushing Kit safe to use at home?
It's designed for gentle at-home use. Use lukewarm water, start on low, and never push the tip into your ear. Don't use it if you have ear tubes, a perforated eardrum, an ear infection, ear pain or drainage, or recent ear surgery. If you're not sure, check with your doctor first.

Yes. It works with iPhone and Android through a free app. You connect over the camera's own WiFi, so no cell data is needed.
How often should I clean my ears?
Most people don't need to clean their ear canals often. Ears clean themselves. Use our tools when you feel buildup, and don't overdo it. If you have ongoing discomfort or hearing changes, see a doctor.
Can kids use these?
The Flushing Kit and Ear Camera should only be used on children with adult supervision. If your child has ear pain, tubes, or an infection, check with their doctor first.
How long does shipping take?
